Maison Dr Joseph-Frenette
Born in 1866, Dr. Joseph-Frenette moved into this 19th century home in 1905. The country doctor spent his 60 year career treating the local townspeople as well as those living in rural areas, and he often accepted goods and services in lieu of money as payment for his work. Dr. Frenette was also a nature-lover and a poet who devoted his spare time to writing.
