Meat-lovers will have a field day at L'Auberge des Grands Jardin's dining room. Serving a four to seven service meal, the dining room offers quail, guinea-hen, rabbit, veal, pheasant, goose, beef, chicken, lamb, goat, duck and port, all of which is raised locally. Bear, buffalo, stag, caribou and fish are also available.
Regional products as well as produce from the garden are utilised at the Le Bocage dining room to create the two six-course meals served each night. Rabbit, duck, lamb, quail, guinea fowl, bison and venison are often served as are homemade breads, ice cream and sherbets. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wine.
