Granby Mountain Bike Parks & Trails
Extending over 84 km (52 mi), this former railway line now serves as a recreational cycling trail system, passing through picturesque countryside with stops in the municipalities of Granby, Bromont, Shefford and Waterloo. The system, which connects to the interprovincial Route Verte trails, features an average 2% grade and over 80% is asphalted.
La Route Verte is a cross-provincial bicycle network that covers 3,600 km (2,237 mi) of terrain and will cover over 4,000 km (2485 mi) when complete. The route passes through Quebec's most cosmopolitan cities and scenic historic towns, and winds by lakes, rivers, forests and all of the most picturesque landscape in the province.
